(1) Download and print your Volunteer Application HERE.
(2) Fill out both pages of the application
a. Please include your email address, so we can communicate electronically for future correspondence!
b. Check job(s) you’d prefer.
c. Provide us with starting and ending times for your availability that day.
d. Check your shirt size(s). Note we have optional men's and women's fleece lined jackets.
(3) Include a check to “Watkins Glen Promotions” for your $10 registration fee, or provide credit card information.
This fee covers:
a. Commemorative shirt
b. Food coupons
c. Other festival goodies
(4) Check whether you can attend the Orientation and/or Prix View Party on Thursday, September 7, 2023
a. Location Watkins Glen State Park – South Entrance – South Pavilion
b. 5:30-8:30 p.m. (Orientation 5:30 p.m., Party 6:30 p.m.)
c. Pick up your volunteer packet
d. Meet with the chair of your work area re: assignments, instructions, etc.
e. Get your questions answered and interact with your fellow volunteers
