Hello fellow Stone Bridge Drivers (and keeper uppers),
The Grand Prix Festival committee has it’s last monthly meeting before the 2011 festival begins. As you can imagine it was a busy and noisy meeting as everyone was trying to get all of the last minute stuff communicated to each other.
Everything seems like it is going well at the moment. I believe that all of the Stone bridge Driver confirmation letters have gone out with the possible exception of Glenkhana and Concours d LeMons which should be going out soon.
Essentially the only place left if you have some friends who want to be Stone Bridge Drivers this year is the Glenkhana or the Concours d LeMons and they are getting very close to full. Any car is accepted into the Glenkhana although the smaller the better to negotiate what will undoubtedly be a very tight and challenging course. As for the Concours d LeMons, if it is at all odd, or special in any way, it will fit. It can be all original, restored, unrestored, or redone, or unadulterated and even adulterated if needed. If you like your car, then someone else might too. We have some pretty cool cars coming this year that you will definitely appreciate seeing.
